Cook / Kitchen Staff – Church’s Texas Chicken

We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Cooks to join our team at Church’s Texas Chicken (Mississauga location). Full-time and part-time positions available.

Training will be provided. No prior experience required, but restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food according to Church’s standards
- Set up batter station and prepare batter mix
- Ensure all food meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain fryer levels and monitor equipment
- Clean and filter fryers following safety procedures
- Prepare chicken and other items based on business needs
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Report any equipment issues to manager on duty

Requirements:

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to stand for long periods
Available for evening and weekend shifts
