Subcontractor Wanted: Fence Posts Replacement & Deck Repairs (Toronto/GTA)

We are an established residential construction company with over 30 years of experience, and we are looking to add a reliable 2‑MEN SUBCONTRACTING TEAM (professional helper) for ongoing work throughout the 2026 season. 

WORK INCLUDES 

• Replacing rotten or leaning 4"x4" and 6"x6" fence posts and re‑connecting existing fence panels to new posts 

• Fence repairs

• Deck repairs 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Canadian citizen or permanent resident 

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in fencing/decking 

• Own van or pickup truck 

• All necessary tools/equipment to remove and replace posts 

• Ability to deliver materials to job sites and haul away debris 

• Fluent English, reliable, honest, and professional

COMPENSATION 

We pay per completed post, including removal, delivery of materials, re-connection of fence panels, and disposal:

For 6"x6" POSTS

• Single post: up to $100

• 2–5 posts: up to $80 each 

• 6–10 posts: up to $70 each 

For 4"x4" POSTS 

• Single post: up to $75 

• 2–5 posts: up to $65 each 

• 6–10 posts: up to $60 each 

We supply and pay for all materials (posts, concrete mix, screws, nails, etc.). 

LOCATION 

Projects are in Toronto and the GTA. 

This is ongoing work for the entire 2026 season, not a one‑time job.
