Room for rent is on the basement level of a raised bungalow. I am the homeowner and I reside upstairs so you can rest assured the property is well maintained. There is a full bathroom and a kitchenette, , which is shared with the other tenants.
Rent includes street parking, internet, utilities so it is all inclusive. This is a NON Smoking NON Vaping environment. Everyone has severe allergies to cats and dogs that shed, so I have posted NO PETS.
