I have 3, furnished, 1 bedroom suites in my newer basement, that I rent only to SaskPolytech students needing 8 week tenancies. $950-$1000 4 weeks.
One block to main campus, with large off street parking area. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared by 3, but cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances allowed. A $200 security deposit is required at booking. I've been renting my suites to students for 18 years. Many students have returned multiple times. Great location for an out of town student, needing short term accommodation while attending SaskPolytech.
My preference is to accommodate students that are wanting to stay weeknights, but are intending to travel back to their homes on the weekends.
