About the room:
It's a nice, comfortable bedroom (the one shown in the photos with the big comfy bed, double size mattress, large wardrobe with mirrors, built-in desk , nice ceiling light, and plenty of natural light. The room feels private and cozy. The rest of the house is shared: modern kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets, bright dining area with big windows, clean bathrooms (shower and tub options), and a large backyard with grass – great for relaxing or whatever. Everything's well-maintained and ready to move in.
Rent: $1050 per month (all-inclusive – utilities and WiFi covered).
Requirements (please only apply if you meet these):
Proof of rent payment history via e-transfer (at least one year)
Landlord reference from previous place
Proof of income
Single occupancy only (one person, no couples or extra roommates)
Amazing location:
Super convenient transit – just a short walk to Finch Subway Station (Line 1 TTC), so you can get downtown fast or hop on buses everywhere (Steeles, etc.).
Grocery stores nearby: Metro on Church Ave (about 10-min walk), H Mart, J Mart, No Frills, Longo's, and tons of Asian/international options around Yonge/Finch.
Shopping: Centerpoint Mall is quick by bus (5-10 min from Finch station) with shops, food court, and everything you need. The area is full of restaurants (especially Korean spots), cafes, banks, pharmacies, and parks – you literally have it all within walking distance or one quick ride.
