1.Control Panel

2.Motor

Transmission belt motor adopts high-quality 40W pure copper AC motor, which can run for a long time, dave energy consumption, low noise; Simple structure and easy maintenance.

3.Height Adjustable

There are three height-adjusting knobs at the front and back of the machine, which can flexibly adjust the height of the heating champer and adapt to different heights of bottles.

4.Guard Bar

There are two layers of guard bar on both sides of the conveyor belt to prevent the bottle from turning over; The spacing of the guard bar can be adjusted to adapt bottles of different diameters.

5.Conveyor Belt

6.Supporting Leg

7.Heating Tube

There are 3 finned metal heating tubes on each side of the heating chamber. The heating speed is fast , the heating is uniform, the heat dissipation area is large and the thermal efficiency is high.

8.Fan

There is a fan above the heating chamber, which can generate circulating air to avoid the local temperature is too high during heating, and the heating is more uniform. Good packing effect.
