The DZ400 machine is designed to evacuate the air from bagged food and non-food items for short and long term preservation. The DZ400 machine is ideal for many applications where the extension of a product's shelf life or a water/air barrier is necessary. The DZ400 machine can be used for sealing meats, vegetables, fruits and other perishable food items. The DZ400 machine comes with dual chambers and dual sealing bars for higher capacity sealing.

Precautions for use:
1. It is prohibited to package flammable and explosive materials.
2. Ensure that the equipment is well grounded and regularly check the grounding wire.

3. Keep the heat sealing strip clean to prevent foreign objects from affecting the sealing strength.

4. The sealing opening of the packaging bag should be clean and free of stains.

5. The machine should be placed in a dry place.

6. Do not touch the machine with hands in the working process, and do not stretch your hands into the packaging chambers to avoid scalds.

Operation steps:
1. Connect the machine to a 220V power supply, and the power indicator light will be on.
2. Put the objects into the packaging bag, flatly lay the bag opening on the heat sealing bracket, and lift the pressure strip to fix the bag opening.

3. Press down the vacuum cover, and start the vacuum pump. When the set vacuum degree is achieved, the air pumping operation stops, and the heat sealing indicator light is on.

4. The solenoid valve works, the heat sealing program begins, and the machine enters the cooling phase after the heat sealing is finished.

5.After the cooling is completed, the pressure relief solenoid valve works, the air enters the chamber, the vacuum cover is automatically lifted, and the packaging bag can be taken out.
Before the machine is used, it is necessary to add No. 46 or No. 100 hydraulic oil to the vacuum pump
