Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Lugger and Roll-off equipment for local collections and deliveries.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and the public.

Maintain accurate logs and documentation (CVOR/Daily Inspection Reports).

Collaborate with the shop team and dispatch to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills
Licensing: Valid AZ or DZ License with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR.

Safety First: A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safe equipment operation.

Experience: Previous experience with roll-off or lugger systems is preferred; Tow Motor or Shop experience is considered a strong asset.

Professionalism: A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
