Our client is looking for a Shop Billing Person

-Entering, editing and completing work orders for the shop into the system.
-Knowledge of truck parts and mechanical repairs.
-Ensure that work orders that are started by mechanics are fully complete, parts are included and that they are accurate.
-Once work orders are completed they will be ready for billing.
-Responsible for ordering parts as requested by the foreman on duty.
-Ongoing inventory control
-This role requires computer literacy, strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure timely and correct billing
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
-Ability to write simple correspondence.

Location: Kitchener

8am-5pm

Salary: $25-$30/hr depending on experience

This is a permanent position and direct hire.
