Reliable Coatings is expanding and looking for experienced painters and coating specialists with a background in industrial and floor coating systems.
Position: Industrial Painter / Coating Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Surface preparation including sanding, grinding, shot blasting, and floor prep
Application of epoxy coatings, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and other industrial coatings
Install and finish concrete floor coating systems
Follow proper coating specifications and safety procedures
Operate and maintain prep and coating equipment
Ensure high-quality, durable finishes
Requirements:
Proven experience with floor coatings and industrial coatings
Strong skills in surface preparation (grinding, sanding, etc.)
Knowledge of epoxy and high-performance coating systems
Relevant certifications (e.g., WHMIS, fall protection, confined space, or coating-specific certifications) are a strong asset
Ability to read and follow technical specifications
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
