Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient cultivation, maintenance, and management of farm activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate a team effectively. This role is vital in maintaining the productivity and sustainability of our farm operations while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily farming activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and crop management. Implement irrigation systems and monitor water usage to promote healthy crop growth. Manage inventory of supplies, fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials needed for farm operations. Train and supervise farm staff on proper equipment use, safety protocols, and farming techniques. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations across all farm activities. Perform heavy lifting as required for moving supplies or equipment. Apply basic math to measure inputs, calculate yields, and keep accurate records, while supporting research and development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage and motivate a team effectively, with a proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, Willingness to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, Good cooperation skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment, Good physical stamina, including the ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and accurate record-keeping. Knowledge of safety protocols related to farm operations is preferred.
