Attentions

1.Install the machine on a sturdy base to avoid uneven force.

2.Put the side of strap against the wall for safety.

3.For the convenience of outlet, install the machine on a proper height.

4.Check the screws and strap before testing machine.

5.No-load test. It’s available to use after half an hour of test.

6.It’s better to crush medium-hard materials for prolonging the lifespan of the machine.

Usage method
1. After receiving the goods, check whether the machine packaging is intact and remove any abnormal situations that may occur during
transportation.

2. Fix the body horizontally and firmly on a solid ground to reduce vibration and noise.

3. The machine needs to be connected to the air switch. After turning on the power, rotate the emergency stop switchto ensure normal operation of the machine and ensure that the motor direction is consistent with the arrow mark ofthe crusher.

4.Start the motor for a few minutes and load the material into the hopper. Equipment into the normal operation phase,should pay close attention to whether the abnormal, if abnormal must immediately stop inspection, remove theexception. After the preparation of the sample, should continue to use the machine running for a minute, and then stop cleaning equipment, remove sieve block and debris.

2.When using the machine, preventive measures must be taken. During machine operation,hands, clothing, and tools should be kept away from moving parts to avoid touching them with hands and prevent harm to the human body.

3.After working for about 2 hours, let the motor rest and cool down before continuing to use it.
