Are you a highly organized logistics professional who knows the ins and outs of flatbed freight? BN DULAY’S is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our team.
In this role, you will be the linchpin of our local flatbed operations, ensuring that loads are planned efficiently, drivers are supported, and our customers receive the top-tier service they expect from BN DULAY’S.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Flatbed Expertise: Proven dispatch experience specifically handling flatbed freight, including a solid understanding of weight distribution, dimensions, and load securement requirements.
• Local Routing Mastery: Deep knowledge of local geography, routes, and traffic patterns to optimize delivery times and efficiency.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot delays, and reroute trucks dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local transportation laws, DOT regulations, and Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern dispatch and routing software, as well as standard office applications.
• Customer-First Mindset: A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with our clients.
