Looking for a safe, engaging, and meaningful day program for your loved one?
Tammy’s Vibe – Where Everyone Belongs is offering a small-group Picnic & Plant Day designed for seniors and older adults, including those living with dementia or requiring gentle support.
This program focuses on connection, fresh air, and simple joys in a calm, welcoming environment.
What’s Included:
Planting & light gardening activities
Take-home planter or craft
Music, laughter & social connection
Picnic-style lunch & snacks included
Outdoor park setting (weather permitting)
Led by an experienced Personal Support Worker (20 years)
Certified Canadian Red Cross Instructor & Instructor Trainer
