Johal Roadlines is looking for a reliable and hardworking Mechanical Helper / Yard Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic mechanical work (tire changes, minor repairs, parts replacement)
Assist with routine inspections of trucks and trailers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard
Coordinate trailer movements and yard flow while safely operating yard tractors, forklifts, and wheel loaders
Ensure drivers follow company rules, safety policies, and yard procedures
Support shop and dispatch team as needed

Requirements:

Basic mechanical knowledge (trucking experience is an asset)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety
Good communication and teamwork skills
Class 1 license not required (asset but not mandatory)
