Casket Outlet is a growing company looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate to join us. Immediate start available.

Location: Eglinton & Tomken, Mississauga
Pay: $18/hour (starting)
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Full-Time Position – Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing excellent service
• Able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers
• Provide in-store sales and customer service
• Manage inventory and assist with warehouse organization
• Keep the showroom and workspace clean and organized
• Perform general shop duties
• Pack and prepare parcels for shipping (Purolator)
