The trailer is cleaned up and ready for the next family to make memories. She is above-average condition for her age. We have gone for less than 10 trips with the trailer, and they have been short-range & new york state (2 trips). This is a low-profile ultralite which helps with our gas prices. The trailer sleeps 8 comfortably with parents queen bed having a real mattress, two double bunks for youth, the kitchen table fold down double bed and the sofa flip bed for wee folk. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, pantry cupboard, propane oven and burners, and microwave. The sink is large for clean up. The bathroom has a sink and cabinet for storage, medicine cabinet and mirror, toilet, shower and bathtub. There is a door for direct access to the bathroom which is great for not disrupting the kids at night and keeping sand out of the main area. Seating is a U-shaped bench with a separate loveseat. The central console consists of storage for cds and dvds which play on the attached screen. The screen also swivels for parent viewing after lights out. The stereo has internal and external speakers for relaxing music at the campsite. The awning and single slide are electric push button. There is a laundry hatch, cupboards for clothing and lots of storage for everything you need including games, etc. External passthrough storage is at each end of the trailer. EVERYTHING WORKS.
