This semi-automatic sheet emboss on all types of aluminum, copper, stainless steel, plastic tag for  mechanical, electrical, pumps, valves, automobiles, motorcycles, electrical  appliances. It embosses variable parameters: such as dog tag, specific model, date, batch number, serial number, serial number and so on.
How to use :
1.The placing of signs methods, signs placed in the work surface as shown upper left corner, with the signs and magnet clip without compression plate loosening.
2. Wheel loading and unloading, first used the word wheel wrench to remove the wheel nuts, and selected the right wheel, wheel lock fitted to the nut, aligned pointer. 
3.Print, and start position adjustment, good signs placed to separate the clutch, turn the hand wheel spacing and kerning hand wheel so that wheel aligned characters printed on the box location just above the lock extension units, release the clutch lever, under pressure for a few kerning feed handles can be seen feeding on the caliper spacing density (hand wheel with a good tune kerning) depress the clutch, turn the hand wheel, release the clutch lever back in situ, with the palm of your hand slap of rubber parts, spacing after the feed handle pressure, to achieve printing.

1.Font size: 2 mm,2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm(This item Font size is 4MM,if you need other size,please tell us).
2.The external force (hand pressure or a rubber hammer) will emboss letters or numbers on the metal plate with a certain depth (0.1 ~ 0.3mm deep). Its stepless adjustment agent will adjust the embosser position, word spacing, and line spacing. The character heights can be adjusted by changing different. Different letters and numbers can be easily changed by turning around the plate.
3.Maximum label size: 200*130mm.
4.Print characters: uppercase letters, digits, and simple symbols.
5.Print speed: about 2-4 characters / 10 seconds.
6.Printing content including: A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T UV W X Y Z 123456789 . x / -.
