Metal Fabricator – Full-Time (Edmonton, AB)

Key Responsibilities
• Fabricate molds, forms, and rebar cages
• Set up and dismantle precast molds, and guide production teams on proper usage
• Perform high-quality welding safely and accurately
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Analyze projects and determine efficient fabrication methods
• Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards
• Operate equipment such as Barwiser, press, brake, shear, plasma table, and notcher
• Safely operate forklift, bobcat, and overhead crane to move materials
• Maintain tools and equipment, including minor repairs
• Load and unload materials as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Actively contribute to a strong safety culture

Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 2 years of metal fabrication experience (ticket not required)
• Strong welding skills and ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience with fabrication equipment (press, brake, shear, plasma, notcher)
• Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Positive, solution-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
• Physically fit and able to lift 60 lbs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Valid First Aid and CSTS certification
