For sale a White Bliss Rug Hooking Cutter with # 3, 5 and 8 blades . It's a 2006 model . The cutter has been taken apart and cleaned and oiled . It works with no problems and I've shown the blades cutting so you know they cut . The wrench is included . $530 . If you'd like to see it and try it out reply to this ad or phone 902-543-2586.
