Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour
Shifts: Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Crown Reach and Counter Balance Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone looking to establish a long-term career with our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving parts for major automotive clients, including both GM and Chrysler, using Crown Reach and Counter Balance forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and effectively operate Crown Reach and Counter Balance forklifts to move small and large parts for GM, as well as large automotive bins for Chrysler.
- Use RF scanner technology for inventory management and tracking.
- Demonstrate computer literacy to navigate and utilize company software and databases for record-keeping and operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience operating Crown Reach and Counter Balance forklifts.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and strong computer literacy.
- A commitment to safety standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work the designated shifts, with availability for overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience loading/unloading flatbeds an asset
- Experience with WMS an asset
