Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

About the Role
We are currently hiring a Linde Double Deep Reach Forklift Operator for our Guelph facility. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential to move into a permanent day shift position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a Linde double deep reach truck in a high-bay warehouse setting and demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and communication skills.

Requirements
• Valid 3rd-party forklift license (in-house certificates not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of reach truck experience and 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience
• Proven experience operating a Linde double deep reach forklift
• Capable of putting away and retrieving pallets up to 6 levels high (double deep racking)
• Experience loading/unloading trailers, picking orders, building skids, and measuring product
• Must be available for full-time hours (not accepting student applications)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities
• Safely and efficiently operate Linde double deep reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Perform accurate put-aways and retrievals within double deep racking systems
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining safety and precision
• Pick and prepare orders to meet daily production and shipping targets
• Build, wrap, and measure skids to ensure accuracy and stability
• Communicate clearly with team members and leads to maintain workflow efficiency
• Keep the work area organized and follow all safety protocols
