We are hiring a Product Specialist / Inside Sales Representative with experience in the packaging industry. This role focuses on client communication, sales growth, and product support in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle client inquiries, emails, and inbound/outbound sales calls
* Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and process sales orders
* Recommend suitable packaging solutions based on customer needs
* Maintain CRM data, sales records, and reports
* Support product presentations and collaborate with internal teams

**Requirements:**

* Inside sales experience (packaging industry preferred)
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Knowledge of quoting, order processing, and CRM systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
* French is an asset
