Single male in late 40s looking for a place to call home. I’m responsible and I will always have the rent. With the skill set I bring, it’s easily worth$75-$400 an hour depending on what I get into to anyone. I know how to make it worth their while. Time in. Tools, in. A whole lot of education.

I will adhere to the rules. I play music and make music but the reason why I installed a massive sound system on my truck is so if the availability is not there where I live that I can go up the mountain and have that availability there without disturbing anyone. Respect has to be established wherever I move and I’m willing to do that and pay for that if it’s worth it.

I’ll be heading your way out of Vancouver on 1 May. I have a truck. Three ladders. Six bins for tools, a paint sprayer and a small extremely rare 50 cc motorcycle. Only year they were ever made.1990 Honda NS 50F (200 ever made) also the fastest 50 cc made to date. 46.7 cc. Six speed transmission. Two stroke liquid cooled. Three pedal reid motor. 12,000 RPM 14 peak. I’m one of three people in Canada to own one.

For inside the rental, I have a small set of very high-quality Genelec 8050 BPM monitors, one analogue MPC 5000, and a $5000 Apogee symphony I/O interface for sound engineering. I used to have a full studio with a drum kit, keys, coffin bass amp and every other possible piece of equipment. You could imagine that was high-end because I am an avid head, I sold all of that, so onward, two rare custom lamps. Four or five pieces of my art to hang on the wall and my clothing. So I will be looking for a furnished rental, preferably. I’m 6’8 so I have to have a fairly decent ceiling height. Obviously killing it the low low end.. I have that ability wherever I go so if the household is not available for that, I’m not limited. 100% respect..

I’m originally from Fredericton New Brunswick back east but I’m coming out from Vancouver where I’ve been living for the last four years on the North Shore with a cargo trailer on the back of my truck and all of my stuff in it. I’ve had enough of city life. Back to a small town.

I’m an owner operator of a small painting company. I also do mechanical work, welding and fabrication. As well as audio installs for vehicles and houses and electrical work. I have a 5G high-end bicycle and I’m into that as well.

I’m looking for a place with at least enough work to keep me busy a little bit using all of my skills if needed to do so. I will always have the rent.

The freedom to be allowed to go up the mountain with a 4 x 4, light a fire and not have to pay for parking when I go to the beach will be nice.

As I have never been out that way before, I’m not sure where will work, but I am looking in the Cranbrook and Nelson area so far. I can’t find anywhere that has rentals for those areas other than OKz.ca which is pretty limited and also why I’m posting this up and hopefully somebody has something or can tell me where I can find more rental listings. My budget is conservatively 1000 a month until I get established or long term if it works.
If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Right..
