We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced meat distribution company. This role requires working in a freezer environment and handling both forklift operation and manual labour (lumping). Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve products
- Perform put-away of inventory into correct warehouse locations
- Palatalize and stage products for shipping
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing
- Verify products, quantities, and order numbers for accuracy
- Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Stack and organize products as required
- Stage pallets at the shipping dock
- Maintain inventory control and accuracy
- Ensure all work meets customer service and operational standards

Requirements:

- Valid PR or Work Permit (minimum 2 years remaining)
- Proven experience operating a stand-up reach truck
- Comfortable working in a freezer environment
- Ability to perform manual labour/lumping 50-60lbs (lifting boxes by hand)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to work different shifts and weekends as needed

Hours:
Morning/afternoons or evenings depending on company needs

Pay:
$20.00/h
