HIRING Senior/Intermediate Butcher
$26-30/hour based on experience

Hiring a Senior/Intermediate Butcher to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Aurora. This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-volume meat processing who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and maintaining top food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various types of meat (beef, poultry, pork) to company specifications
2. Perform portioning and packaging for wholesale or distribution
3. Operate and maintain butcher equipment (saws, grinders, knives) safely
4. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Qualifications:

3 years of experience as a butcher (warehouse or high-volume environment preferred)
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
Experience with industrial meat processing equipment
Solid understanding of food safety regulations
