About Us:
We are a fast-growing meal prep company serving fresh, high-protein meals to a large and growing client base. We are looking for a hardworking and organized kitchen staff member to help with food prep and cooking operations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, proteins, and ingredients
• Assist with marination, sauces, and batch prep
• Cook food according to recipes and production needs
• Help maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and quality
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
• Follow food safety, storage, and hygiene standards
• Support the kitchen team in daily production tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in kitchen prep and cooking
• Able to work in a high-volume kitchen
• Good speed, discipline, and organization
• Understands cleanliness and food safety
• Able to follow recipes and instructions properly
• Reliable, punctual, and serious about work
• Team player who can handle pressure well

Requirements:
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
• Must be comfortable with physical kitchen work and fast-paced shifts
