Job Title: Sushi Chef (Entry-Level)
Location: Haliburton, Ontario
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: May 2026 Salary: $4,000/month

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sushi Chef to join our team in Haliburton, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about food preparation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes
· Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness meet company standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
· Provide friendly and professional customer service
· Assist with inventory management and kitchen prep as required

Qualifications:
· Up to 6 months of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar food service role
· Basic knowledge of sushi preparation techniques is an asset
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:
· Full-time position
· 7.5 to 8 hours per day
