Position Overview:
Are you a skilled and experienced Roofer who is tired of the back & knee breaking of traditional roofing and would like to use your roofing skills for a more rewarding and less physical position? If so, we have an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a CREW LEADER! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in roofing, possesses heights certification, and hold a valid WHIMIS certification. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of roofing innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to work with pressure washer type equipment on roofs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues.
• Ability to perform small roofing problems such as caulking and flashing.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Posses a strong ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Handy with the ability to troubleshoot any minor mechanical issues.
Requirements:
• Responsible and reliable! You will be a Crew Leader!
• WHMIS Certification.
• Working at Heights Certification.
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Abstract.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with technology.
• Caulking and sheet metal experience.
• Willing to train other crew members as we grow.
