We are seeking a reliable, hands-on building Superintendent/Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a new 64 unit residential building in Lower Sackville area opening Aug/Sept 2026. Key resonsibilities include interviewing & qualifying prospective tenants, performing routine maintenance, cleaning & minor repairs, painting of units from time to time, monitor & maintaining building systems & maintaining positive tenant relationships. Strong problem solving skills & working knowledge of general repairs & building systems. Ability to work independently & prioritize tasks as well as strong communication & customer service skills. Remuneration includes salary plus 2-bedroom suite including free internet & phone. Previous experience in property maintenance or building management preferred.
