I used to push my mom to her doctors appointments or if we were in the mall if she didn’t wanna walk, she would sit there and I would push her and then I would put it in the trunk when we were done and then drive home so you know it was very handy when we went out, mom felt comfortable going out because when it was first mentioned that we would get her a walker, she thought it would be real inconvenient to any of us or you know she thought well you know maybe I’ll just stay home and no no no so when we went to look at this and she tried it out by sitting there where I pushed her back-and-forth she didn’t feel bad and she shouldn’t so it made her life easier when we went out. It was really handy when we went to Jasper and like I said if she wasn’t walking, I would push her in it. I will say one of mom‘s worries was that she was putting us out by taking her with us. Nobody should feel like they’re you know inconveniencing anyone that’s why these things were invented, but I will just say this it was a real cool invention when they invented the walker Cause it just showed them. They didn’t have to stay at home and that their life didn’t change if anything I mean, she got to sit there while we rolled her around. It’s not like she couldn’t walk.
