Attention

Operation Method
1. Use a neutral cleaner to clean away the anti-rust oil in the basket and pot.
2. Start the machine and set the temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the heating indicator light will be off. Place the prepared food ingredients (keep the food ingredients dry as much as possible, as the excessive moisture can affect the frying process) into the pot from the edge of the pot to prevent splashing.
3. Close the cover and rotate it for 3-5 turns. The cover cannot be too loose or too tight.
4. Press the numerical buttons on the menu to select the temperature program to be executed.
5. After the work is completed, the pressure will be automatically released, and the cover can be opened only when the pressure gauge indicates 0. Otherwise, it may cause the scalding risk.
6. After opening the cover, place the cover on the bracket, wear anti-scald gloves and then lift the frying basket with tools.
