This Kohler SH265 is a 6.5 HP horizontal shaft gas engine. With 196 cc’s and has a ¾ shaft. This engine is great for power rakes, rototillers, log splitters, and pressure washers.
Features of the engine include Easy pull recoil starter, compatibility with a ¾” shaft fits very models, like MTD, Cub Cadet, troy-Bilt and Husqvarna. The oil sensory system automatically shuts down if the engine oil is too low.
The Maintenance Schedule: Initial oil changes at 5 hours, then every 100 hours or annually.
Ideal Oil: 10W-30 or Kohler PRO 10W-50 Synthetic.
