Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with laundry needs, Answer questions about services, pricing, and promotions. Provide instructions on using self-service machines. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.

Laundry Operations: Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry for wash-and-fold services. Handle dry cleaning services, including tagging and managing orders. Follow specific care instructions for delicate or specialty items. Operate coffee service.

Maintenance & Cleaning: Regularly clean and sanitize machines, workstations, and folding areas. Sweep, mop, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility. Monitor machines for maintenance issues and report or perform minor repairs.

Cash Handling & Transactions: Process cash, card, or digital payments accurately. Maintain the cash register and perform end-of-day reconciliation.

Inventory & Supplies: Monitor supplies such as detergents, softeners, and cleaning products. Safety & Security: Keep an eye on customer activity to prevent theft or misuse of equipment. Follow opening and closing procedures securely.

Additional Tasks: Assist with marketing initiatives.
