3.Operation
A.Attention
(1)The use of the machine should be grounded. Open the front case cover when testing the direction of rotation. The way turns wrong, will knock back the machine parts, please adjust power commutation. And tighten the nut before you can use it.
(2)Before material grinding, soaking is necessary. Then can be process.
(3)First put plenty of water, starting the motor, when the discharge port is out of water, open the gate. When the pulp is normal, adjust the flow of water. Otherwise the machine will in trouble.
B. Adjust thickness
(1)According the sign "loose" direction, Pull the locking handle.
(2)Pull the handle and adjust it to the required position according to the thickness.
4.Maintenance
A. Method for correcting grinding wheel
(1)Close the front box lid, all the bolts and nuts on the lid should be tightened.
(2)Operate according to the method of thickness adjustment without water addition, starting the motor, make sure the two grinding wheels rub for two minutes, observing the look of two grinding wheels. Adjust continuously until most of the grinding wheels have scars. Finally discharging water and blank run for 20 minutes.
B.Attention
(1)The material in the grinding wheel is not allowed to start the motor.
(2)Apply grease to prevent rust.
(3)Please clean up after each work, keep it sanitary.
(4)Please open the front box cover after each clean, gives them breath ability and ventilation.
