We are seeking individuals with FARM experience, TRUCKING experience, MECHANICAL experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- daily operation /maintenance of various farm equipment from augers to tractors .
- working with spraying crew , hauling water, mixing chemical, spraying crops.
- working with seeding crew, hauling seed to drill , loading customers, delivering seed etc.

We offer clean , modern , reliable equipment which help make the tasks easier and enjoyable. We have a team atmosphere so working with others is a must. We are looking for like minded progressive thinkers that are dedicated and punctual.

Now here are the disclaimers:

We work in the dirt….. if you’re afraid to get a bit dirty don’t apply.
Wage is dependent on on your experience and we have no problem paying you for it. Best not apply if you think you can bs about it…… it will show .
We are a non smoking farm, so it is not allowed in our equipment. There is zero tolerance to operating equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
During peak seasons there will be longer hours required, so if you want a 8-5 job keep looking , cause it’s farming when it’s time to go we go, mother nature doesn’t wait .
We keep our equipment , we expect you to do the same.
If you need to be on your phone 8/10 hrs in the day……don’t need ya….we need someone who comes to work to work.

We do not provide a Lima and you must already be in Canada .
