Reliability & Stamina: The role requires long shifts on your feet, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
Positive Attitude/Team Player: Someone willing to assist with, or "jump into," other tasks, such as cleaning or helping cooks.
Understanding of Sanitation: Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, health and food safety codes.
Communication Skills: Ability to work well with chefs and other staff.
