Ridgesafe Renovations is looking for a hands-on Crew Lead to run residential renovation projects from start to finish across the GTA.

You’ll be responsible for:

— Managing on-site crews (2-4 guys) and keeping jobs on schedule

— Full basement finishing and secondary suite conversions (framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim, basic plumbing/hvac /electrical coordination)

— Communicating directly with the project owner on progress, materials, and any issues

— Maintaining a clean, safe job site at all times

What we need from you:
— 5 years hands-on experience in residential renovations (basements, kitchens, bathrooms)

— Ability to lead a small crew without micromanagement

— Reliable vehicle and valid G license (jobs across the GTA, occasionally up to 150km out)

— Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code as it applies to secondary suites and basement finishes

— Comfortable working with permit inspections

This is not a one-off gig. We’re scaling and need someone who wants to grow with the company long-term. Competitive day or piecework rates, consistent work, and the chance to lead bigger projects as we grow.
