Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Growing Star Montessori Daycare is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 1,2&3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Position Details:
• Full-time positions available
• Flexible schedule; candidates may be required to arrive early and/or stay after regular hours as needed

Qualifications:
• At least Level One ECE certification (or working towards it)
• Experience is an asset, but not required
• Training will be provided to deserving candidates
• Passion for working with children in a Montessori-inspired environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
• Assist ECEs and support daily classroom activities and routines
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate programs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
