The Role
As the Store Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will be responsible for managing our full store environment, leading a team to hit sales targets, ensuring every pretzel is rolled to perfection, and maintaining a high-performance culture. This role requires a "lead-by-example" approach, balancing administrative duties with active leadership on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff; manage weekly scheduling to optimize labor efficiency.
• Store Excellence: Supervise daily opening/closing procedures and ensure the store environment meets all brand and mall standards.
• Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and minimize waste through proactive inventory control.
• Customer Experience: Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and maintain a welcoming, fast-paced service environment.
• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations within the store.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in food retail or a high-volume quick-service restaurant (QSR).
• Certification: Valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
• Skills: * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
o Excellent verbal communication for customer engagement.
o Proficiency in cash handling and store-level reporting.
o Highly organized with a sharp eye for cleanliness and store presentation.
• Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including peak mall periods (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
