Position Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, assist on a variety of projects, and develop real skills on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and renovation tasks
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
- Support carpenters and skilled trades as needed
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications
- General labour or construction experience (asset, not required)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop trade skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (required)

Compensation
- $23–$27/hour, based on skill set and experience
