We are currently seeking an experienced Kerala or South Indian cook. Training will be provided to right candidate.

Position Details:
Full-time position
Must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays
Immediate start preferred

Requirements:

Valid Food Handler Certificate
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of South Indian / Kerala cuisine
Ability to follow established menu guidelines and recipes
Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
Strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations

This is a full-time position only
