Option B: The Upper Floor Room ($725/month)

Quiet, cozy room on the second floor.

Includes mattress(new), desk, and chair.

All-Inclusive Living:

Utilities: Heat, Hydro, Water, and High-Speed Wi-Fi included.

Laundry: Weekly use of laundry facilities included.

Location: 3-minute walk to #60 Bus (Direct to NBCC/Downtown).

Pets: We are pet-friendly! Small, well-behaved pets are welcome.
