Purchased this A/C unit a couple of years ago, I only used it one summer because I moved into a rental unit that had central A/C included shortly after. It comes with all original accessories for mounting exhaust hose to Window. It's been stored in it's original packaging in a climate controlled environment, apartment closet.

These units usually go for a little more then $300 if you're lucky to find one, some with the same BTU go for $400 or more. It worked perfectly, never had any problems. I'm moving and I would like to get rid of it instead of lugging it around.
