Goldengate Barristers and Solicitors Professional Corporation is seeking a licensed Paralegal in Ontario to join our growing practice at our Niagara Falls office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with counsel and assist in a variety of legal matters, with a strong focus on litigation support, tribunal work, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
Draft legal documents, submissions, and correspondence
Assist with matters before tribunals (including LTB, Small Claims Court, and administrative bodies)
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing parties
Manage files from intake to completion
Attend hearings where required
Requirements
Must be a Licensed Paralegal in Ontario (in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario)
Strong drafting and communication skills in English
Experience with litigation or tribunal matters preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and computer skills
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset
