The Space: We have a bedroom opening up in our 1st-floor, 3-bedroom apartment located right in the vibrant Grange Park neighborhood. This is a student household, and we are looking specifically for a male student to join us. Move-in is May 1st, and we are flexible on the timeline—we are open to either a summer sublet (May to August) or a full 1-year lease.
The Room & Apartment:
• The Room: This room features a really nice window that lets in plenty of natural light, making it a great space to relax or study. Because the apartment is on the first floor, you also have super easy access in and out of the building without ever having to wait for elevators.
• The Apartment: You will be sharing the apartment with two other male roommates. We share a comfortable living area, kitchen, and bathroom. We are a low-key household and like to keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable. Just like our other place, we have a cleaning service that comes by every now and then to clean the apartment at no extra charge to you!
The Location: This location is incredibly central but still feels residential. You are right next door to Grange Park, the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), and OCAD University. It is highly walkable to Queen Street West, Chinatown, and UofT, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to Osgoode subway station.

• Rent: $950/month
• Utilities: Extra (split evenly three ways)
