This quaint, cozy and clean RV is perfect for any couple looking to experience camping. Only 3100 lbs fully loaded. At only 18 feet ft long its easy to maneuver. Sleeps 3, has a queen size bed and a single couch/bed. Comes complete and ready to camp! Sheets, mattress, dishes, pots and pans. Due to illness we are letting it go. Curtains, fridge in working order. Water features and toilet removed and replaced with closet. New alumimum floor which has been fully insulated. We use this at electric sites at provincial parks. Its been a great low maintenance camper. Dry. No leaks. Has heat and AC, CD player. You won't be roughing it in this great little camper! It has no washroom. We used a porto potty. It is parked in Seguin at a storage lot. You will not be disappointed! $7500 or best offer.
