Not looking for helpers. Not looking for helpers who think they are Framers. Not looking for Union Carpenters. Not looking for 90% of the people who will apply to this ad not having read the entire ad.

We don't want you if:
- you miss more than 1 day per month
- you can't follow simple instructions and always have a "better idea"
- you have a smooth claw hammer
- you drink booze on site
- you love hard drugs
- you don't have a vehicle
- you don't have a fully functioning brain
- you live with your parents
- you show up late everyday
- you can't layout a 2' o/c wall
- you are scared of heights
- you can't read a blueprint
- you can't change out a saw blades
- you can't learn
- you are a "lone ranger" who can't be a team player
- you don't understand that our company is a business that needs a great team to make money so that you can make money
- you don't understand that a job is a privilege, not a right

We want you if:
- you have at least 3 years experience
- you have fall arrest and first aid training
- you own all of your own hand tools
- you can read a blueprint, roof and floor layouts and have a basic understanding of structural drawings
- you have drive and motivation
- you can show up Monday to Friday
- you have a vehicle
- you are a real FRAMER, with skill and work ethic
- you can follow instructions
- you can build things once and do it right the first time
- you have a hard hat, steel toed boots and a high vis vest
- you don't live with your parents
- you speak FLUENT ENGLISH

Wages vary based on experience and practical ability. No, I will not agree to pay you $45 per hour without you proving you are worth it. We are only looking for Framers. Subcontractors with a valid GST number preferred. Pay on 15th and last day of the month.
