Beware of cheap "quick spray" services priced at $99–$199 or higher. Beware of "it is my side-gig/job" experts or companies who will send their apprentices and new/young employees with very basic chemical and pressure washing knowledge. They often leave your home looking the same or can damage siding by pushing water behind it.

2. Walk-around inspection
3. Remove light cobwebs
4. Mist the siding and flowers
5. Apply siding detergents (dwell time)
6. Low-pressure rinse
7. Finish off with high pressure wash (only where and if needed, safely)
8. Clean debris from walkways, decks & driveways
9. Soffit mop
10. Touch-ups

Our Services & Pricing (2026 rates):
Pressure Washing (detergents included, proper and safe technique):
Single-family home (up to 2 storeys, ~2000 sq ft) — $420
Duplex (standard size)— $300
Bungalow (standard size)— $250

Window Cleaning: Exterior windows (with squeegee screens cleaned) — $110 and up when combined with pressure washing
Interior windows (glass only) — same pricing
Frame cleaning available: $7 – $30 per frame depending on size, height & accessibility
Quick estimate: Number of window panes × $7

Additional Services:
Garage floors, walkways & driveways (starts at $60 for single stall, minimum job/arrival $140)
Post-construction & move-out cleaning

Extra services (if required): heavy cobweb/bug removal, hand scrubbing, oxidation treatment, eavestrough cleaning, or roof washing.
