- bonding primer coating , perentrates into concrete, stays tacky on the serfave to achieve a strong bond to coating
- 2 coats granite grip coating
- $450 includes primer, coating & labour (based off traditional size steps, 2 stairs & landing)
- larger steps that would require more product/time would have adjusted cost
- If additional prep required to remove old failed coatings/adhesive etc, labour adjustment would be added
